What to Bring on your Hunt

Here is a list of items you should bring on your hunt to make your hunt as comfortable and as practical as possible:

  • Daypack (Sheep and Goat hunters require a backpack capable of carrying 50 lbs.)
  • Binoculars (Spotting scope optional)
  • Quality rain coat and pants-Quiet type for stalking
  • Small flashlight or headlamp
  • Rifle and 40 cartridges
  • 6 pairs warm socks
  • Sleeping pad (Therma Rest)
  • Sleeping bag -20 C
  • Waterproof Boots Leather or rubber
  • 1 pair rubber bottom camp shoes
  • 2 pair warm long underwear
  • 1 pair warm quiet pants
  • 1 pair lighter quiet pants
  • Water bottle
  • 2 pair gloves
  • Personal items (toiletries)
  • Warm quiet jacket
  • Hunting cap or hat
  • Compact fishing outfit (optional)

There is no need for any colored clothing. Camouflage is fine.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

For those of you who have special dietary needs, please help us by suggesting things that you CAN eat. With enough advance notice, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please remember that once the hunt is underway, we have a set menu that cannot be changed.
